Now showingORE Island
01
ORE Island
Twenty-five spots on one island, and each one is a square on ORE's real board. Put SOL on the spots you like. When the round ends, ORE picks one winning square.
The winning square mines the round's 1 ORE, split by SOL on it.
Ten squares a round are solo: one miner takes the whole ORE.
Autopilot plays up to 100 rounds from one approval.
02
The lobby
A pixel town where every connected miner walks around live. It's where you start, and where everyone meets between rounds.
Chat with the whole town, emote and pick one of three dances.
Tip any miner in SOL, ORE or SKR, wallet to wallet.
Day turns to night, and rain comes and goes.
Swing at anyone with Brawl. A knockout pays XP.
03
The arcade
Three quick table games in 40-second rounds, played in ORE or SKR. The house locks in its secret before anyone stakes, and you can check it after.
Tunnel Collapse: pick a tunnel, one caves in.
Gold Rush Pot: buy tickets, one miner takes the pot.
Crash Cart: pick a cash-out from 1.2x to 10x.
04
Cave Run
Walk your miner through a lantern-lit cave with a joystick and a swing button. Break rocks, grab gems, dodge bats and climb down before the oil runs out.
3 free runs a day, plus 1 for every live round you mine.
Pays miner XP only. It never touches SOL, ORE or odds.
05
The Arena
A walled pit for up to 12 miners, with a crowd in the stands. Matches rotate between three modes, and level-ups unlock superpowers.
Last Miner Standing, King of the Hill, and the Mole King boss.
Six powers like Dash Strike and Ground Slam, each with its own cooldown.
Free to play. Wins and knockouts climb the weekly ranks.
Try a round
Practice on the real Gali Island, with no SOL involved. Tap spots on the island to choose them, then strike.
Tap a spot to choose it
On the real island, this is one ORE round. The board waits for its first deploy, runs for about 80 seconds, then ORE selects one spot to be mined, on chain.
New to ORE?
Think of a blockchain where only one block out of 25 gets mined each round. Miners point their SOL at the blocks they want to work. The block that gets mined pays its miners in new ORE.
Choose your spots. Deploy SOL onto the spots you want to mine. More SOL on a spot gives you a bigger share of what it produces.
The round runs about 80 seconds. ORE's program selects the spot that gets mined, on chain. Nobody, Gali included, can choose it.
Collect. The mined spot produces 1 ORE for the miners on it. SOL on the other spots returns to you, minus a small ORE fee.
An example
You deploy 0.01 SOL on a spot, and another miner deploys 0.03 SOL there. You hold a quarter of that spot.
If your spot is mined: you receive 0.25 ORE and 0.0099 SOL back. If another spot is mined: 0.00891 SOL comes back to you.
Starred solo spots pay the whole 1 ORE to one miner on the spot, picked in proportion to SOL. With a quarter of the spot, you'd be picked about 1 round in 4.

B1
Getting started
Get Gali at launch. Gali opens to everyone on Android and the web after the Solana Mobile hackathon results. Want in sooner? Join our X group to beta test it now.
Connect a wallet. On Android, Gali uses Mobile Wallet Adapter, so the Seeker's wallet and other Android wallets work. In the browser, Gali finds Phantom, Solflare, Backpack and Jupiter.
Confirm you are 18 or older. ORE Island and the arcade use real SOL, ORE and SKR, so Gali asks before the wallet opens.
Walk to a door. You start in the lobby. Use the travel menu or walk your miner to a door.
Keep a little SOL for network fees. Each spot takes at least 0.0001 SOL. During the beta, one round is capped at 0.5 SOL. We remove this cap at public launch.
B2
ORE Island
Pick your spots. Tap spots on the map, or open MINE and take all 25 or a Smart pick of 4, 8, 15 or 20. Hold a spot to dive into its mine.
Deploy. Choose SOL per spot and send one transaction into ORE's board. Your wallet signs it.
Wait for the strike. The clock starts on the round's first deploy. ORE draws one winning square when it ends.
Collect. Finished rounds credit your SOL and any ORE you mined. Claim them from the wallet panel.
Event
What happens
Winning square
Mines the round's 1 ORE, split by how much SOL each miner put on it.
Solo squares
Ten of the 25 squares each round. On a solo winner, one miner takes the whole 1 ORE. Your odds equal your share of that square.
Motherlode
ORE adds 0.2 ORE every round and pays the pool out 1 round in 500, split by SOL on the winning square.
Your SOL
ORE keeps 1% of every square, plus 10% of the rest on squares that miss. Everything else comes back to you.
Claiming
SOL claims are free. Unrefined ORE pays ORE's 10% refining fee when you claim it, and that fee goes to everyone still holding as refined ORE. Gali runs ORE's checkpoint for you before each claim.
B3
Autopilot
Approve once, then your miner deploys every round with no wallet pop-up.
In PRO, set rounds above 1. Gali sets up ORE's own automation for your wallet and funds it for every round you chose. A key kept on your device runs it.
What the key can do
Deploy from your automation. It cannot withdraw, and ORE pays winnings to your own miner account.
Where it lives
Encrypted on your device in the phone's secure storage.
Limits
Up to 100 rounds. During the beta, autopilot is also capped at 1 SOL across all rounds. We remove this cap at public launch.
Fee
0.00001 SOL per round, ORE's executor fee set at cost. It covers the network fee for each deploy.
Stopping
Press STOP and approve once. Unused SOL comes back to your wallet.
Autopilot only deploys while the app is open. Smart pick re-rolls new spots every round.
B4
Arcade
Tunnel Collapse
Pick a tunnel. One caves in.
Five tunnels, one cave-in. Miners in the other four split the collapsed tunnel's stakes, minus the 5% house fee. If nobody or everybody picked it, everyone is refunded.
Gold Rush Pot
Buy in. One miner strikes gold.
Every stake buys tickets. One ticket is drawn and its miner takes the pot, minus the 5% house fee. A pot with one player is refunded.
Crash Cart
Pick a cash-out. Beat the crash.
A minecart climbs and crashes at a random multiplier. Pick 1.2x to 10x before the round. Reach it and you win your stake times that number.

B6
Brawl and the Arena
Every miner has an HP bar. Swing at anyone in the lobby or on the island, or fight properly in the Arena.
Hit and jump. HIT swings your pickaxe for 10 to 15 damage. JUMP dodges a swing in the air. On a computer, left click hits, right click throws ORE, Space jumps and WASD walks.
Knock someone out. At 0 HP a miner drops and does a knockdown dance. They stand back up with a 3-second shield.
Enter the Arena. Walk through the arena gate on the west side of the plaza. Up to 12 miners fight each match, and anyone else watches from the stands and cheers.

How to win
Last Miner Standing
Be the last miner up in 2 minutes. A knocked-out miner watches from the stands until the next match.
King of the Hill
Hold the ring in the middle alone for 20 seconds in total. The match runs 90 seconds.
Mole King
Everyone fights the boss together for 2 minutes. It has 400 HP plus 150 for each extra miner. Step out of the red ring when it raises its claws.
Superpowers
Your level unlocks powers, and they work in the Arena only. Every power you have unlocked is ready at once, each with its own cooldown. Pick one passive on the POWERS page.

Knockout XP grows when you beat a higher level and shrinks against a lower one.
The same miner pays no XP twice within 10 minutes, and fight XP stops at 300 a day.
Weekly ranks give 1 point per knockout and 3 per Arena win. The same pair counts once every 2 minutes and 3 times a day.
A knockout counts when the miner who went down reports it, so nobody can claim a fake one.
Brawl is free. It never touches SOL, ORE or your odds on ORE Island. Turn it off any time on your profile page.

Gear Market
555 pickaxes, helmets, outfits and pets for your miner, coming as NFTs.
The market is a preview today, with sample listings. 555 items are coming to it, plus more from collaborations with Solana NFT projects. Gear changes how your miner looks. It never changes your odds.
21 items are designed so far, across pickaxes, helmets, outfits and pets. Every miner starts with a free pickaxe, helmet and outfit.
Gali drops pay 70% of the price into the SKR jackpot pool and 30% to the treasury.
Resales between miners pay a 5% royalty, split the same way.

Questions
What is ORE mining?
Every round of about 80 seconds, ORE's board has 25 spots and only one gets mined. Miners deploy SOL onto the spots they want to work. The mined spot produces 1 ORE, shared by SOL on it, and SOL on the other spots comes back minus a small fee. Try it on the practice island.
When can I play?
Gali opens to the public after the Solana Mobile hackathon results. You can play sooner as a beta tester: join our X group and we will add you.
Do I need a Seeker phone?
No. Gali is built for Seeker, but at launch any Android phone with a Solana wallet can run it, and any computer can play in the browser.
Does Gali hold my SOL or ORE?
Not on ORE Island. Your wallet deploys straight into ORE's program, and ORE pays your rewards. In the arcade, your stake sits in the house wallet until the round settles.
Why hasn't the round clock started?
ORE starts each round's clock on its first deploy. Until somebody deploys, the board waits.
Why does my ORE claim cost 10%?
That is ORE's refining fee on unrefined ORE. It goes to holders, so waiting to claim earns you refined ORE from other people's claims.
Does the Android app play sideways?
Yes. The Android app plays in landscape, like most action games, so both thumbs have room. In a phone browser, Gali keeps its portrait layout.
Does Brawl cost anything?
No. Brawl and the Arena are free and pay XP only. Turn Brawl off on your profile page if you just want to mine.
Does gear make me win more?
No. Gear is cosmetic. It never changes your odds on ORE Island or in the arcade.
An arcade table says "not funded". What now?
That table can't pay winners yet, so it takes no stakes. Try the other token's table, or come back later.
Where do I report a bug?
Join our community group on X and post it there with your phone model and what you tapped.
